How this platform and the bakers on it handle your information.
Baker storefront and ad landing pages may load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel so the baker can measure traffic from their ads. This uses cookies and sends event data (page views, order requests, purchases) to Meta.
The pixel and any non-essential cookies only load after you accept via the banner shown on those pages. If you decline, tracking scripts are not loaded. Essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and process orders are always used.
M-Pesa payments are processed through Safaricom's Daraja API. We store the transaction reference, amount, phone number and M-Pesa receipt to reconcile your order.
Each baker's orders, customers, recipes and storefront data are private to that baker's account and are not shared with other bakers on the platform.
You can clear the consent choice by clearing this site's cookies. Contact the baker directly for access to or deletion of order information they hold about you.
